Encouraged Local Partnerships

No forced relationships (Mortgage, Title, etc.)! We have a database with different contractors and service providers, so you continue to be the point of contact for your clients.

100% Commission

We only retain a $500 fee per transaction. Listing agents can get $370 from the selling agents, earning you more in your pocket.

Park Your License With Us

Keep your license. Active for only $100 a year without all the stress, long hours & crazy clients! Leave the door open for future opportunities. Get a 20% referral fee for any client you refer us and let us do the rest without you spending any time, gas, or MLS fees.

Multi-Level Program

Up to 80/20 Split. Earn Revshare on transactions on transactions of agents you sponsor up to the 2nd tier.

Office Facilities

Access 24/7 to all business center affiliated facilities. You can use our conference room, podcast, and workstation.

International Connections

We have agents currently in Colombia and Mexico and are open to recruiting agents around the world. Help your domestic buyers seek international properties or assist foreign buyers with purchasing in the U.S.
